No worries there, just shoot the monitor and 100% computing activity will instantly stop everywhere. So if the villian has downloaded 99% of Delete_World_Economy.exe, he'll have to start the download again once the monitor gets shot.
Hollywood sure knows it's way around computers.

In college for many years we had these (1980s) those that Shredder and Sailor Moon are holding were god sends. I paid $4.00 for each. Now you can't give them away and they are worthless.

Yes, sometimes when cleaning I find these around, I look at them, think that I have no idea what is inside and no way to find out, so I put them back where I found it and forget it. Then years later I decide to do a cleaning again...
